Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking a Retail Leadership Team member to oversee all operational and personnel aspects at assigned locations. You will supervise Team Members and leads, maintaining a positive, enthusiastic environment and communicating across teams to the full-time management staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Park experience and retail background is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Train seasonal staff.
• Maintain proper staffing levels through scheduling and follow-up with managerial staff.
• Carry out disciplinary measures to ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure staff are trained on register procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention on POS issues.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to maximise revenues within budget.
• Protect and secure all assets including equipment and Retail assets.
• Oversee park setup, visual display and signage.
• Execute company standards for friendly, clean, fast, safe service.
