Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking a Retail Leadership Team member to oversee all operational and personnel aspects of their assigned locations. This role supervises Team Members and leads while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic environment and clear communication with the full-time management team.

You will participate in ongoing Training and Development, ensure proper staffing and scheduling, and enforce policies to drive guest-first service and park safety across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to supervise a team and handle transactions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily retail operations at assigned location.
• Supervise team members and leads to maintain service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing through scheduling.
• Enforce park policies and procedures.
• Train staff on register procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and POS compliance.
