Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.

Aufgaben

• Sell tickets, season passes and parking to Guests entering the park.
• Accurately scan and validate tickets and season passes.
• Process season passes.
• Friendly guest interaction.
• Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards.
• Handle guest requests for season passes and Membership ID Cards.
• Operate a computer with picture-taking ability.
• Ensure a safe and clean work area.
• Answer guest questions and give proper guidance.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain control until an area supervisor arrives.
• Other duties as assigned.
