Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Marietta, GA is seeking a Lead or Supervisor to uphold park cleanliness and manage the Park Services team. You will supervise, train, and motivate team members while ensuring waste disposal and recycling rules are followed.

You will oversee crews sweeping streets and attractions, coordinate breaks, enforce policies, and maintain equipment. The role requires flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with starting pay $12.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision and independently.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation for early morning and/or late shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall cleanliness in all park areas.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, and motivation of Team Members.
• Oversee activities of all Team Members within Park Services.
• Ensure trash is transported to compactor areas and recycling rules are followed.
• Create a positive work environment and motivate Team Members.
• Lead teams sweeping park streets, walkways, and attractions.
• Train new Team Members in all aspects and positions.
• Identify team members needing additional training and develop them.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and ensure proper servicing.
• Ensure trash cans and recycling containers are changed as needed.
• Ensure all Team Members receive required breaks.
• Enforce Six Flags policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
