Meijer’s Store Leadership Internship offers an 11-week program designed to build foundational retail leadership knowledge. Interns interact with senior leaders and participate in leadership rotations aimed at accelerating development and career growth.

Participants gain exposure to real projects, attend executive sessions, and have opportunities for conversion to a full-time role with structured development programs. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are provided to support interns.

Qualifications

• Current students pursuing a Bachelor's degree looking to gain retail leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership interests and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve customer service and sales.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer standards and focus on prime shopping hours.
• Maintain a safe, courteous, and efficient store environment.
