Job summary

Target is seeking a Stores Executive Intern to gain hands-on leadership experience in a retail store. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week and offers a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role, with opportunities to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver guest service excellence.

You will work closely with a mentor, learn store operations, and participate in structured training activities designed to build leadership skills and business acumen for a career in retail

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily priorities.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor and backroom daily priorities to align the team.
• Work with ETL mentor to understand leadership roles.
• Lead by example to drive guest service and store priorities.
• Present results and set goals with the leadership team.
• Participate in internship trainings to develop Target leadership skills.
