Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship in Florida as a paid 40 hr/week program to develop and prepare you for a store leadership role. You will work closely with mentors and managers to learn how the store operates and how to deliver exceptional guest service.

This paid internship focuses on leading a team, driving guest experience, and learning store priorities while gaining leadership and business acumen in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store floor leading team members on daily priorities.
• Work with ETL mentor to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Lead by example in stock, merchandising and guest service.
• Participate in daily huddles with leadership team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and troubleshoot issues.
• Support development conversations and feedback with team members.
