Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship designed to give hands-on leadership experience in a retail environment. This paid 40 hr/week program provides exposure to store management and guest service excellence under the guidance of experienced leaders.

Participants will learn to drive guest experience, manage daily operations, and develop skills for future store leadership roles within Target.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in working in retail management.
• Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage with team on daily priorities.
• Work with ETL mentor and store leaders to learn roles.
• Lead daily priorities (stocking, guest welcome, displays).
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Support daily operations and goals with the leadership team.
