You’ll shadow store leadership, analyze sales data, deploy labor plans, and deliver a capstone project with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, expected between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must be returning to studies after internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, visual merchandising.
• Shadow leadership; analyze sales reports and labor deployment.
• Deliver a capstone project with data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Lead morning huddles and manage KPI-related tasks.
• Present capstone results and recommendations to senior leadership.
