Job summary

Wayfair offers a 10-week summer internship in Boca Raton, FL, providing real projects across our retail brands. Interns rotate through store operations, logistics, and leadership shadowing while contributing to store goals and metrics.

This hands-on program includes a capstone project and potential LOI entry into a multi-year Retail Leadership Rotational Program after graduation. The internship requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and offers base pay of $25 per hour with

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion between December 2027 and June 2028.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

Master Retail Operations & CX: Rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, visual merchandising, and clienteling workflows across our fleet of brands.
Shadow Store Leadership: Analyze daily/weekly sales reports, observe labor deployment, and learn operational decision-making.
Execute a High-Impact Capstone Project: Identify a live store challenge, conduct data-driven analysis, implement solutions, and track outcomes.
Step into Acting Leadership: Lead morning huddles, monitor KPIs, handle basic customer escalations, and manage specific floor zones.
Deliver Executive Presentations: Present Capstone Project results and strategic recommendations to General Managers and Regional Leadership.
