Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be returning to the course of study after internship.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership.
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Master Retail Operations & CX across frontline sales, logistics, visual merchandising and clienteling workflows.
• Shadow Store Leadership with analysis of daily/weekly sales reports and labor deployment.
• Execute a capstone project with live store challenges and data-driven solutions.
• Lead morning huddles, monitor KPIs, handle basic customer escalations, and manage floor zones.
• Deliver executive presentations of capstone results and strategic recommendations.
