Job summary

Wayfair is offering a 10-week summer internship in Burlington, MA, with a base pay of $25 per hour. The program rotates through Retail Operations, CX, and leadership experiences, including a capstone project and presenting results to senior leadership.

You’ll shadow store leadership, analyze sales and labor data, and work on real-world projects that influence store performance. The role emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and exposure to executive stakeholders during peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected completion between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be returning to studies after internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, visual merchandising, and clienteling workflows across our brands.
• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and labor deployment with ASMs and Store Managers.
• Identify a live store challenge, conduct data-driven analysis, implement solutions, and track outcomes.
• Lead morning huddles, monitor KPIs, handle basic customer escalations, and manage floor zones.
• Prepare and pitch Capstone Project results and strategic recommendations to General Managers.
