Job summary

Wayfair offers a 10-week summer internship in Dedham, MA designed to simulate full-time work across our retail brands. You’ll handle real projects, contribute to store goals, and gain exposure to operations, merchandising, and leadership tasks.

Participants rotate through store operations, clienteling, and leadership experiences, delivering data-driven insights and presenting results to senior leaders. This program develops practical skills for a retail career.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Comfort with using AI tools and modern retail software in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Master Retail Operations & CX across our brands via frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, and clienteling workflows.
• Shadow Store Leadership by analyzing daily/weekly sales reports and labor deployment.
• Execute a High-Impact Capstone Project with data-driven analysis and measurable outcomes.
• Step into Acting Leadership by leading morning huddles and handling escalations.
• Deliver Executive Presentations of Capstone results to General Managers and Regional Leadership.
