Responsibilities

• Rotate through store operations including sales, logistics, visual merchandising, and clienteling workflows.
• Shadow store leadership and analyze sales reports and labor deployment.
• Execute capstone project with data-driven analysis to address a live store challenge.
• Lead morning huddles, monitor KPIs and handle basic customer escalations.
• Deliver executive presentations of capstone results and recommendations.
