Job summary

Wayfair offers a 10-week summer internship in Columbus, OH, with real projects across our fleet of brands. You will rotate through frontline sales, logistics, and leadership shadowing, delivering data-driven improvements and capstone results.

The program emphasizes exposure to retail operations, clienteling, and executive presentations, with a flexible retail schedule and a requirement to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be returning to the course of study after the internship.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, visual merchandising, and clienteling workflows across our brands.
• Shadow Store Leadership and help analyze daily/weekly sales reports and labor deployment.
• Execute a capstone project identifying a live store challenge and implement data-driven solutions.
• Lead morning huddles and assist with escalations, while monitoring shift KPIs.
• Prepare and present capstone results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
