Job summary

Walmart in Adrian, MI is seeking a store leadership professional to supervise hourly associates, hire, train and mentor, and promote a culture of belonging. You will coordinate with store leadership and other teams to meet staffing and business needs while driving performance and excellent customer service.

The role offers a salary range of $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 with annual/quarterly bonuses plus comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and stock purchase plans, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• May require firearms CBC and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to meet staffing, customer, and business needs; drive store performance and improve processes.
• Model and promote Walmart values, deliver strong customer service, and implement action plans to achieve goals.
