Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and recognize performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging and customer-first service using Walmart’s standards.
• Lead teams, communicate store goals, manage operations, and drive sales and shrink reduction.
