Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgment of CBC and Firearms Training requirements.
• For facilities selling only ammunition, possible Certificate of Eligibility requirement.
• Associates will attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; provide training, feedback, and guidance.
• Drive store performance through budgeting, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service excellence and effective issue resolution.
• Hire, mentor, and develop associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
