Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager/Assistant in Training to join our new North Georgia Premium Outlets location in Dawsonville, GA. You will lead a team, coach Teammates, drive sales, manage guest experiences, and support store operations under the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and development, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as responsibilities expand. This is a full-time, onsite position with a focus on delivering Buckle’s customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading or coaching teams in a retail environment is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in recruiting and training activities.
