Buckle Centerplace of Greeley is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will handle sales, merchandising and operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

In this progression role you will train teammates, recruit new staff, and step in as Store Manager when needed, while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience helpful.
• Strong guest services and communication skills essential.
• Willingness to lead, train, and motivate Teammates.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, consistently.
• Assist store leadership with sales, merchandising and operations.
• Train and motivate Teammates; recruit new staff; may act as Store Manager when needed.
