Job summary

Buckle in Gretna, NE is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. Work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, including cashiering, displays, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher level duties, including leadership, coaching, and teammate development,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales generation and guest relationship building through product knowledge and SPG.
• Support merchandising, cashiering, display, and routine store upkeep.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to Teammates in collaboration with the Store Manager.
