Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. They will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new Teammates, and share responsibility for training and motivation.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional high level duties, and involves leadership actions, plan sales goals, and ensuring
