The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading sales, merchandising and daily store operations. As an AIT or Assistant Manager, you will train Teammates, recruit talent, manage inventory, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, with progression from AIT to Manager as you

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Assist in training Teammates and lead by example in sales and operations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and coaching new Teammates.
• Support merchandising, displays, and inventory control to drive sales.
• Rely on SPG and company standards to ensure guest satisfaction and store goals.
