Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is hiring a Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences while growing brand top-line sales. This role guides Brand Supervisors with direction, prioritization, and coaching for consistent execution.

Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail leadership, strong analysis of business reports, and proven ability to develop direct reports.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and customer loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and acting on results.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions on the sales floor.
• Tell stories and selling behaviors to sustain customer experience.
• Leverage tools and reports for category performance insights.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and coaching.
• Lead supervisors and selling associates.
• Oversee floorset mapping and product launches.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure execution.
