Buckle is opening a new store in Elizabethtown, KY and seeking energetic leaders to join the team. The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will execute sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management.

They will recruit and develop Teammates, uphold Buckle standards, and drive guest experience. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead while coaching teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service through a high-energy leadership presence.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, cash handling, and Loss Prevention.
