Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves sales, merchandising and operations, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.

This is a full-time position. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure high standards of customer service, loss prevention, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent retail exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver legendary guest service and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to recruit and develop teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while helping locate merchandise.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed by management.
• Lead teammates, coach performance, and support store leadership in achieving goals.
• Maintain store standards in presentation, customer service, and loss prevention.
