You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train teammates and maintain Buckle's standards. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a customer‑focused mindset and the ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with product selection.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developingTeammates to meet Buckle's standards.
