Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating and selecting merchandise to meet needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist guests and teammates.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and customer engagement.
• Ensure high standards in store presentation and checkout procedures.
