Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional responsibilities while sharing core duties. Responsibilities include training Teammates, maintaining store presentation, and leading daily operations to meet Buckle’s service

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and training of Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level customer service.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure policy adherence.
