Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training preferred.
• Ability to recruit and develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise needs.
• Lead by example with coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual standards and a clean, shoppable store.
