Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

This full-time role requires flexibility for shifts, a focus on legendary guest service, and a path to store leadership through coaching and hands-on development of Teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership potential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; recommend items to Guests.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high levels of customer service.
