Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management, develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.

This role combines sales, merchandising and operations, requiring a strong customer focus and ability to train others. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive guest satisfaction, handle merchandise displays, contribute to Loss Prevention, and maintain high standards while modeling Buckle’s Code

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, suggest merchandise, and provide legendary service.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: identify recruiting opportunities and train new teammates to Buckle standards.
• Visual Merchandise Management: own product placement, maintain visual standards and execute zone ownership.
• Operations: manage flexible schedules, execute POS procedures, and maintain store standards.
• Supervisory and Leadership: support leadership and foster store growth.
