Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales while mentoring teammates.

The role partners with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new teammates in a full-time position. You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising, and operations tasks, including greeting guests, recommending merchandise, executing POS procedures, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related retail experience/training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
