Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership in Eugene, OR. You will engage guests, drive sales, merchandise effectively, and assist with recruiting and developing Teammates to deliver exceptional service.

In this role you will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to execute daily operations, maintain visual standards, and develop a high-performing team committed to Buckle’s mission and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandise display and store operations.
• Lead and train Teammates; recruit and develop new team members.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies and procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and handle POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
