Job summary

Kendra Scott in Schaumburg is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW experiences and assisting with daily store operations. You will train Stylists, motivate the team, and help drive stellar results while representing the Kendra Scott culture.

You will work across the Salesfloor and Events, flexibly supporting guest connections, product education, and Brand initiatives, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop personal style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW guest experiences and train Stylists to provide WOW service.
• Drive store productivity and sales while building guest connections.
• Support brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community events.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, following KS policies.
• Educate guests on product details and personal styling recommendations.
• Be nimble across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events and Back of House as needed.
• Collaborate with team to provide WOW experiences for all guests.
