Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and driving store results in Plano, TX. You’ll help manage daily operations, train Stylists, and keep the boutique energized with brand energy and excellent service.

In this role you’ll flex across the salesfloor, Color Bar, and events, develop customer relationships, and uphold safety and asset protection standards while embodying our Family, Fashion and Philanthropy values.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style.
• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• You are Nimble: You thrive no matter where you are, and can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Color Bar™, Events, and Back of House as needed.
