Job summary

Kendra Scott in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly and energetic Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You’ll help with daily store operations, assist with training and developing Stylists, and contribute to sales growth while upholding brand values.

You will rise as a trusted leader on the floor, mentor teammates, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests from all walks of life.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style by keeping up with trends.
• A growth mindset: strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to accommodate a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Customer focused: train and coach Stylists to deliver WOW experiences.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Build brand awareness through philanthropic events and community initiatives.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
• Communicate product details and suggest styles to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events and Back of House as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with urgency and care.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to the team.
• Support a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
