Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train staff, and ensure excellent guest service. You will assign daily tasks, greet guests, and maintain a professional, high-energy environment in the absence of management.

Responsibilities include leading pre-shift meetings, inventory management, daily cash handling, and ensuring all equipment and POS systems run smoothly. Flexible schedules and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Proof of having earned responsible alcohol training and certification where applicable.
• Flexible, rotational schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Ability to operate equipment such as photocopier, calculator, POS system.
• Must maintain high level of professionalism and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings detailing tasks, VIPs, safety, and information for the day.
• Lead as knowledgeable concierge for guests.
• Greet all guests on entry to the store.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service.
• Maintain operations in the manager's absence and handle customer issues.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventories and note shortages.
• Order merchandise from warehouse and vendors to meet demand.
• Possibly complete monthly safety inspections and incident reports.
• Ensure store cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere.
• Collect and compile daily cash and sales data using MS Excel and POS/PMS systems.
• Lead nightly close out and balance cash with daily sales.
• May audit cashier documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and labor budgets; participate in hiring.
• May assist with payroll coordination.
