Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train utility workers and cashiers, and assign daily tasks to Sales Associates. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding guest service, leading by example, and maintaining a professional store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include pre-shift briefings, concierge-level guest assistance, and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of management while resolving customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Flexible, rotational schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.
• Ability to operate equipment such as Photocopier, Calculator, Printer, POS System.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to communicate tasks and information.
• Retail Leads should act as concierge for guests and knowledge of surrounding area.
• Ensure all guests are greeted upon entry.
• Train staff to deliver customer service excellence.
• Maintain smooth operation in manager's absence; address guest relations issues.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventory and note shortages or out-of-stock items.
• Order merchandise from warehouse/vendor quantities to meet demand.
• Complete monthly safety inspections and incident reports if required.
• Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.
• Collect daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS/PMS software.
• Lead nightly close and balance cash with daily sales.
• May perform nightly audit of cashier documentation.
• Assist management in staffing per labor budgets and task assignment.
• Assist with hiring General Utility Workers and Sales Associates.
• Coordinate payroll for the department; ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
