Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train utility workers and cashiers, assign daily tasks, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and ability to manage in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills tofacilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to communicate tasks and safety info.
• Lead as a concierge resource for guests and ensure greeting of guests.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service.
• Manage operations in the manager's absence and resolve customer relations issues.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain stock inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Balance cash with daily sales; lead nightly close.
• Assist with payroll coordination and scheduling as needed.
