Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train cashiers and utility workers, and assign daily tasks to sales teams. You will also manage inventory and nightly cash close with accuracy. Applicants should have retail experience, strong math skills for audits, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong math for sales reports and audits.
• Legal age for alcohol service where applicable.
• Proof of responsible alcohol training where required.
• Flexible with rotational schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Well groomed with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily tasks and safety notes.
• Serve as concierge resource and greet guests at entry.
• Train team to deliver customer-focused service.
• Handle customer relations issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory and coordinate orders from warehouse/vendors.
• Record daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS/PM systems.
• Balance cash during nightly close and assist with payroll in some cases.
