Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train cashiers and utility workers, and ensure top guest service. You will assign daily tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, greet guests, and train staff to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll resolve guest concerns promptly, monitor stock, and manage POS and reporting tasks. This role requires flexibility, prior retail experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for reports and audits.
• Legal age to work with alcohol where applicable.
• Proof of responsible alcohol training/certification if required.
• Flexible, rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to operate POS and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate daily tasks.
• Act as concierge for guests and assist with local knowledge.
• Ensure greeting of guests and high service standards.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service.
• Maintain smooth operations in the manager's absence.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventory and note shortages.
• Order merchandise to meet demand.
• Possibly conduct safety inspections and incident reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and pleasant store atmosphere.
• Collect daily cash and sales data using POS and PM systems.
• Lead nightly close-out and balance cash with sales.
• Assist with staffing and payroll coordination.
