Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes teamwork, policy adherence, and accountable performance.

The ideal candidate will foster a fun, inclusive environment, manage schedules and staffing, and uphold Lids' brand standards across merchandising and service.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily store operations to deliver KPIs and a high level of customer service.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development in alignment with company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain store satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness per brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
