American Girl NYC is seeking a Sales Lead to support the sales manager with daily operations, provide leadership to the department, and deliver high-level selling and guest service.

This full-time role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Base pay ranges $20–$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee the sales floor as Manager on Duty when needed.
