A leading global toy company is seeking a Café Lead to assist with restaurant operations at the AG Retail NYC location. The role requires oversight of daily operations while ensuring high-quality service for American Girl guests. Ideal candidates will have restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment and ideally have experience working with children. This position offers a dynamic working atmosphere and opportunities for leadership. Pay is between $20 - $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, hiring, and coaching/training.

Skills

Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Experience working with children

Strong working knowledge of Eatec system

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to perform diverse physical tasks

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Education

Current State Sanitation Certification
