Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leadership with staffing, coaching, and training.
• Help manage purchasing, vendor relations, inventories and safety standards.
• Work to achieve department revenue and expense goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service issues.
• Oversee food quality, dietary requests, and operations in absence of leaders.
• Collaborate with store teams for events and programs.
• Maintain communication with staff and management.
• Troubleshoot equipment and POS/reservation systems.
