Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily reports, and secure the store in the absence of management.
• Supervise sales floor, donation center and processing area to ensure accountability.
• Assist in training and mentoring retail associates on store procedures and policies.
• Maintain merchandise displays, stock and store records, and handling cash/receipts.
