Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a Retail Lead to help customers and support our mission of providing skills training, job placement and social services to New Mexicans.

The role requires supervising staff, handling cash, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, contributing to a positive, compliant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of retail experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Assist training, supervising and mentoring retail staff in store procedures.
• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure store/facility when needed.
• Maintain merchandise displays and stock on the sales floor to promote sales.
