Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers and support its mission of training, job placement and social services. You will work across departments with cross training and advancement opportunities in a busy retail setting.

Daily duties include customer service, accepting donations, sorting and processing items, stocking the sales floor, and operating the cash register.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail work experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
• Operates cash register and processes payments.
