Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the Chicago Whit Sox Team Store to drive sales and fan experience through bold leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation and store systems such as OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.

You will oversee daily operations, back-of-house, and partner with leaders to meet revenue targets, with expectations for training Retail Associates and performing Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Coach Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform ‘Manager on Duty’ responsibilities as needed.
